Once we get requirement from the Client we assign to the respective recruiters to work on.
Recruiters then start the sourcing matching Profiles from the Job Boards and other sources.
Once the Recruiters find the appropriate profiles for the assigned req, they will start contacting the candidates by Phone/Email to understand their interest, skills, experience, availability and if they are a good match for the position.
Recruiters then sent the Email to get the required information from the candidate and also get written confirmation from the candidate's end.
Once Recruiters gets a confirmation they pass it on to Business Development with the profile and required information.
Business Development will then speak to the respective candidate to confirm on the same and then sends to the client for their review.
Turn Around Time for the Recruiters to revert back with profiles will be 24 hours – 48 hours.
Interview And Offer – Time Lines
Recruiters End – 1-2 Days from the day the tasks are assigned.
1st Feedback on Resume – 3-5 Days.
Feedback on the 1st Round of Telephonic Interview Received within 2-5 Days from the Interview Date(1st round).
2 Round Scheduled (F2F) – 3-5 Days from the date of feedback on the Telephonic Round (1st round).
Feedback on the 2nd Round Received within 5-7 Days from the day of F2F (2nd round).
Offer extended within 3-5 Days from the feedback.
Candidate joining date generally will be within 15-25 Days from the day of the offer extended.
